Bangkok, Thailand (June 11, 2026) – SK Tes Thailand has joined WHA Group's WeCYCLE project, a multi-stakeholder initiative designed to advance integrated waste management, accelerate resource recovery, and support Thailand's transition to a low-carbon society.
The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at WHA Tower, marking a significant milestone as the WeCYCLE project enters its fifth year.
SK Tes Thailand and the Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC) join existing partners including the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP), and Thanchok Oil Light Co., Ltd.
The expanded collaboration strengthens WeCYCLE's ability to manage a broader range of waste streams under circular economy principles, including plastics, paper, used cooking oil, organic waste, food waste, and electronic waste. By transforming waste into valuable resources, the initiative aims to reduce environmental impact while creating long-term economic and social value.
