Approximately 3,000 assets were recovered annually, with around £85,000 returned each year through value recovery. Devices were also refurbished through warranty repairs, battery upgrades, and keyboard replacements, extending their useful life, reducing electronic waste, and supporting the customer's sustainability objectives.
