Business Development Manager - Ireland

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to fuel the growth of our Irish operations. In this vital commercial role, you'll utilize your technical expertise and client engagement skills to uncover and cultivate new business opportunities. This includes understanding client infrastructure and lifecycle complexities to propose strategic service solutions that advance their operational and sustainability aims.

The ideal candidate will be commercially driven and possess a background in technical sales, IT services, electronics, or managed lifecycle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Technical Sales & Solution Development:

• Proactively engage with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their IT asset management, decommissioning, and compliance requirements.

• Leverage your expertise to provide consultative sales support, recommending SK tes' comprehensive suite of services (ITAD, data destruction, reverse logistics, battery recycling, secure chain-of-custody) to deliver optimal solutions for prospective clients.

• Work in tandem with operations, compliance, and client solutions teams to jointly scope technical service delivery and formulate viable, efficient solutions for clients.

Business Development:

• Drive new business growth by actively identifying and rigorously qualifying opportunities generated through outbound prospecting efforts, inbound lead management, and cultivation of industry network connections.

• This role involves engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including IT managers, procurement leads, facilities teams, and sustainability professionals.

• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotes, underpinned by a strong technical understanding of the proposed solutions.

Client Relationship & Support:

• Provide expert technical guidance to clients as the key point of contact throughout the pre-sales and onboarding stages.

• Take ownership of the client handover process to service delivery, guaranteeing that all technical requirements are accurately understood and comprehensively documented.

• Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to uncover growth potential and ensure sustained value delivery.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

• Maintain a strong understanding of the latest developments in ITAD, circular IT, battery recycling, and sustainability frameworks to effectively support client needs and drive business growth.

• Proactively provide input on product and service enhancements, driven by a deep understanding of client feedback and evolving market demands.

• Actively represent SK tes at client meetings, industry events, and relevant technical forums.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or solution consulting, with preference given to candidates with experience in IT services, hardware, electronics, managed services, or recycling.

• Proven understanding of IT infrastructure, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to client solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex services into client-ready solutions.

• Strong skills in RFP analysis, proposal development, and leading technical client presentations and discussions.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and drive deals to successful completion.

• A strong passion for sustainability, the circular economy, or green technology is highly desirable.

Casual Warehouse Operator - Queensland Australia

The role:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team at the SK tes QLD Site.

In the Recycling Department, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Data entry
  • Taking equipment apart
  • Cleaning, sorting, and moving items
  • Refurbishing equipment as required

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with other team members within the Recycling Department. This role involves some heavy lifting, up to 15 kg, with support from the team.

This is a casual role, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a minimum availability of three to four days per week.

About you:

  • Warehouse experience
  • Willingness to undergo a national police check.
  • Current driver's licence
  • Be physically fit
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift between15 to 20kgs
  • Availability to work minimum 3-4 days per week (Mon-Fri)

Recycle Warehouse Operator - Villawood, Australia

Expressions of Interest – Recycle Warehouse Operators (3-Month Contract) Location: Villawood, NSW | Pay: $27.34 per hour

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team on a mission to make a real environmental impact? SKtes is seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operators to join our innovative recycling team in Villawood on a 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension or permanent placement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Dismantling and processing technology equipment in a busy warehouse environment

· Safely moving and organising equipment, with teamwork and safety always top priority

· Taking on physically active tasks, including lifting up to 15-20kg with team support

· Contributing to an efficient, safety-focused, and supportive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

· Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious individuals ready to work on 3 months full-time contract (Monday to Friday)

Manuals, intervallen, spare parts beheer. Een combinatie van zelf hands on bezig zijn en daarnaast collega's aansturen en opleiden.


SK Tes SBS BV is koploper in recycling van accu’s uit elektrische voertuigen. Wij maken deel uit van SK, een wereldwijd opererende Koreaanse multinational in duurzame ontwikkeling. Recycling en hergebruik van batterijafval en de waarde van gebruikte lithium-ion batterijen maximaal benutten – op een veilige, efficiënte en milieuvriendelijke manier.

Functieoverzicht
Als maintenance manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor preventief onderhoud, verbetering en indien nodig reparatie van onze installaties op de site in de Europoort. Jij voert mechanisch onderhoud uit, lost storingen op én helpt mee in de productie. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige en stabiele productieomgeving.
Belangrijkste taken
Onderhoud en inspecties aan machines en installaties ( mechanisch en elektrisch).
Signaleren en oplossen van storingen.
Opzetten en uitvoeren van onderhoudsplannen.
Veilig werken volgens de geldende procedures.
Bijhouden van werkzaamheden in logboeken.
Begeleiden en trainen van collega's
Wat vragen wij
Mbo/Hbo-diploma in een technische richting (bijv. werktuigbouwkunde of mechatronica).
Praktische ervaring in onderhoud en productie.
Zelfstandig, proactief en verantwoordelijk.
In het bezit van eigen vervoer (de locatie is lastig bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer).
